From theheart of upper Monferrato a family history with more than 30 years in the bakery and pastry business, Valerio Volpe Pastry and Sfizi was born. Founded in 1988 by the Volpe Family, this pastry shop has been able to keep the artisan traditions of the area alive, enhancing authentic and genuine flavors.

Baci di Dama: From the classic version with IGP Piedmont Hazelnut flour, with the addition of cocoa to the version with Sicilian Almonds
