Baci di Dama Arancia e Cannella are composed of two cookies with rice flour from a small artisan rice mill in the Vercelli area, from almond flour from Sicily and butter from the Piedmont Alps that enclose a heart of white chocolate flavored with Italian Orange Paste and Cinnamon.
