Hazelnut Morbids, take their cue from the traditional Almond Amaretto Morbido of the Monferrato area.

In this reinterpretation, we replace its main ingredient with the noblest ingredient that Monferrato can boast all over the world: the IGP Piedmont Hazelnut.

Hazelnut Morbidi are made with 70 percent PGI Piedmont Hazelnuts, sugar and egg whites are the only three elements that make up this product. The dough is divided, worked by hand and baked, where it will take on the classic amaretto shape.
